It seems your corrections weren't saved or something, because I still hear each of the spots I had mentioned.

Any idea what happened? (Or didn't happen...)

I definitely made each of the three corrections and thought I sent the corrected chapter. Obviously, I sent the uncorrected chapter. Ordinarily, I trash the uncorrected version before I upload and copy and paste the corrected version. I must have not done that in this case. But I did so today, so I don't think there is any chance that the version submitted today is the uncorrected one.

The description is rather long, but to make it shorter would kind of spoil it in this case...
I'll catalog as it is and we'll see how it looks in the catalog and if we do not like it, we can shorten then.

Just noticed that in the catalog for “Read by:” it still has ‘Librivox Volunteers.’ Didn’t know if that’s something you’d want to change? It probably did it automatically with the project having been set up as a group...

Thank you for noticing this. It still was marked as group project indeed. Changed that so now should be all OK.
