Thanks for the careful listening, that dang foliage has been a bugaboo of mine for a while. I THINK I have the correct Coo-ee-ed now (had to stop and think back to the last time I rounded up the pigs :? ) Also raised the Db's to 89, and it didn't seem to create any clipping, so I think it'll be OK. Regarding edits, because of my inexperience with Audacity and specifically jumping around the waveform, I'm in the habit of opening a new session to create paste-over edits, which I THINK will keep the relative locations largely intact. Please advise if that method creates any problems.
One more thing: when you upload a file, you are given a LINK when the process is complete.
Unless you copy that upload link and provide it in a posting to this project, we have no access to it.

Despair not! The process will become second-nature after a while.

https://librivox.org/uploads/mightyfelix/kangaroo_33_lawrence_128kb.mp3

Section 32 - 91.6 db 22 minutes 50 seconds
Section 33 - 89.2 db 31 minutes 41 seconds

I'll get started on Section 34 this week.

Let me know if "PL" is OK.
Thanks.
Lisa
Lisa, the link you've provided for section 33 is not valid. Click on it in your posted message and you'll get an error message like this: "no file". The link LOOKS correct, but it isn't. You have given db-level and time values, so you obviously have or had such a file on your computer. But, the link you gave above couldn't have been copied from the end of the LV Upload process. Please re-do the upload for section 33 and post the link shown to you when the upload has completed. Thanks.

Brize, I cannot proceed with the PL process until I get a file with the proper name.
Please send your latest version of Kangaroo Section 20.

What a marvelous recitation!!
The volume is a bit too low; the standard is 89.
So, please bump up the volume and re-upload the file.
Please, please take more sections in this project.
PL OK seems like an understatement, but that's all I can assign.
That's what I'm assigning in the Magic Window, because I know you'll make that easy volume correction and re-upload.

If you'd allow me, I'd like to take the last chapter. (36 and 37? 37 and 38?) Be a sport and trust me.

15 7.1 The Battle Of The Tongues
Hello SanjitaY,
<snip>

Let's get started! Let me know when you've received an OK on your 1-Minute test.
I'll reserve section 15 for you for a period of 2 weeks (7 July) or until you have completed your 1-Minute test Thanks for offering your talents and time to this project!
Sanjitay,
It appear that you've walked away from recording section 15.
In order to keep forward motion on this project, I am return this section to the "available" pool.
Please do get back to us if your schedule and interest induces you to return to this project.

Bill, I went into my upload folder and found the file for section 33, to save you both the trouble. There was an extra underscore in it.

Lisa, the easiest way to post your links is to right-click on the link that the uploader gives you and then click "copy link address." Then you can just paste it here.
