My attempts to re-start activity on this project so far have resulted in, well, in no activity whatsoever. I guess I will simply proceed. If you will please set me up for sections 36, 38, and 39. Thank you. Jim :)

This pandemic is a very weird time for folks. I know that my recording capability has been greatly hampered for several months - with folks being set up to work at home, it's meant that there's always noise around me. I've just now been able to restart that part of my LibriVox participation, since Scott's company is having them work every other week in-clinic and then from home, starting tomorrow, so I can finally record again at least every other week. :) I would guess that a whole lot of other people have had a similar situation. Plus- the whole thing has made Life so surreal, that a lot of people have felt strong malaise, or a need to channel their energies into unusual routes instead of living their lives as normal. I think as time goes by, we'll see more LV'ers returning to their normal level of activity here again.

Appreciate your help here! I'm sure Elijah won't mind if I get 36, 38, and 39 assigned for you. :) Thanks!

Thanks for the insight. I didn't mean to criticize. In fact, I had already volunteered earlier to do all of the remaining sections. I am still offering, but maybe what you are saying is that it would be better to wait. Jim

Oh, I didn't think you were criticizing, Jim. I was kinda just musing "out loud" about the lull in activity. :) How about we automatically assign the next 3 open sections for you when you submit the last one current for your name? We do have a couple other readers who like to work on this book, and that'll let you work along in it at your personal pace, but let them get some sections in here and there as they're able?

John! Good to see you back here again, too. :) Thanks for picking up 74.
