Kevin, one PL note for you, in Section 14 there is a peculiar sound at 3:24 to be edited out, but there doesn't seem to be any text missing in its place.

I'm very sorry about that chime. It was there to remind to make a correction in a pronunciation.

I have made the correction by replacing a phrase that is now at 3:19 - 3:27.

It seems we go from the frozen Alaska and the unforgiving Klondike, to Cuba and the exotic West Indies!
