section 17-
editing well done, thank you.
deamplifying by about 1.5 should be done here as the volume is up at 92.6 from 85.5 where it was prior to the edits that you did.April, dpler

hello, here a couple of sections edited July 11th, 2020:
Sections 09 & section 11:

09-
Wonderful edits you did and thank you for those.
There are still 2 needing your attention:
*at 5 minutes and 30 seconds I hear "at a larn". Please delete that.
* please do delete the phrase at 10:11 ("but this is no wise obligatory" this is a phrase which is followed by the correct one "but this is in no wise obligatory".)

11-
Okay here is what I wish for you to do, please. The background sound for this section is now showing at 28.3. If one does too many noise reductions is can ruin the integrity of the sound quality so I do not wish for you to do more noise reductions.

Instead I ask you to look at the audio in the audacity program which I am sure you must have used to record?

Please do look at prior to .50 seconds and see the flat line? That indicates no sound.
1:00 shows shapes which are your voice. Those 2 are the only items that one wishes to see on an audio file line when opened in audacity.

At 21.0 there is something there and when listening it it can barely be heard ,though it is heard. Most times those can be deleted out of the file.
There a few of these items throughout your file and that could be the background sound. Some are inhales, the end letter of a word possibly or just errant sound. All of these sounds happen to all readers, myself included.
Are you following what I am explaining here? If so, please listen and determine what the sound is and do delete those items out should they not be part of a word or necessary for the section, and than post one again.
It is a good habit to have and even though it takes extra minutes for the reader, it ends up wonderful in a self satisfying way for the reader to know that they did a good job.

Thank you both!!

more edits for the day, 7/11/20, below. Please edit, then post with current time on this thread as well:

section 01
*Please delete "the single reception" & replace it with "with the singe exception"
I can understand the faux pas here as the word "reception" was just used in one of the prior sentences.

section 07
*Please delete 4:12-4:15 as it is followed by the identical phrase.
*Remove click sound just prior to 0.5 seconds
*Please delete 1.0 second from ending silence.

Thank you, both the recordings sound quite smooth overall. Well done for each of you.

Thanks!
Great! Thank you.

Also, not to be too persnickety, please include the length of your recordings when posting them. It's a little thing, I know, but it's actually pretty helpful at times.
