Ok. I knew it would be a shot in the dark, but figured I'd check.

Todd,
I was just starting to read my part as Mose, and I came across something. On page 71/72 it give the 'stage direction': "He starts off right just as three owl hoots ring
out in the distance, followed by a shrill 'Bobwhite'. Noah hesitates a moment." Mose then says a line then "responds to the call". I checked on "Bill's" recording to see how he did it so I could perform it the say way he did, but I couldn't hear anything there. I will just do it as seems right to me but it seems there should be something for me to respond to. Of course I could do it on my recording. Just tell me what you want to do.

In general I like to let the actor readers say the words that the author gives them, and let the narrator/stage directions reader say the words that the author puts in the directions. No sound effects at Librivox, so no temptation to find or recreate public domain owl and/or bobwhite bird calls. You do not have to make anything up.

(I do accept additions by the actor readers such as "weeps" or "laughs" or "kisses", etc, when the stage directions say that they do those things, but even there I often still have to leave the stage direction words in so that a listener truly knows what is going on since they can't see us.)

Thanks, Todd

Hello Jennifer,
Love the acting you put into this somewhat anodyne piece.

PL NOTES
One correction: @ 0:18 missing line "What are they?"

Thanks,
Adrian

The other is Silenus, which did not have additional information.

Jim
However, there is no voice credit at all in your Silenus file. Need at least "Silenus, read by Jim Locke" or whatever.

(Silenus is otherwise PL OK.)

Thanks, Todd
