Jane Chronicles Six and Eight are PL OK! :thumbs:

To be honest I actually can't tell much of a difference between these files and your first one, so the distortion I think I'm hearing must not have anything to do with noise reduction. :hmm: But never mind; your recordings are clearly understandable and your acting is great! :)


PL note for Jane Chronicle Seven:

- Mispronounced name @ 0:05: "I wonder why the boy's stayin' with Cassius Came." (I'm asking for "Cassius" to sound like "CAH-shuhs." Example audio is in the pronunciation guide, linked in the first post.)

Alice Chronicles Three, Six, and Eleven are PL OK! :thumbs: You have a beautiful soprano! :clap:

The only PL note for Chronicle Two is that it needs a voice credit at the beginning.

I used Audacity on a Windows machine with a logitech USB headset mic. Will order a desktop one soon. I keep trying to steal my voice teacher's Yeti but haven't managed it yet.

I'm eager to start recording. It was fun revisiting Audacity--our university IT people keep recommending it for online lectures. But I never knew all the stuff it could do!
