Hamlet wrote: June 13th, 2020, 7:52 am I've been curious to find out what the next play will be, since as I recall we were going to do another one before moving on to 1 Henry IV.

It would be good to know. I've got the time to familiarise myself with the play before we start.

yay, super, thank you so much Craig. I probably won't have time today, but will get to what is left tomorrow.

And then we can start assembling them all. I hope I can count on all of you to at least take a few scenes to edit. Please post your claims here, so that the work won't be made double.

Thanks

Update:

Scenes 1.1. / 1.3. / 1.4. and 3.2. are ready to be edited.

I'll volunteer for 1.1. right away, but will probably only get to it tomorrow. I'll put my name in the MW. If anybody wants to take another scene, please mention it here.

Thanks

Just remembered I had a budgie called Percy as a child. Shakespeare always brings out emotions.

Would it be possible for people in the group to share information on there recording set up. This is a great reading as are all the parts i have listened too and great quality of recording.

I am really struggling to get my set up to the quality I want it. I've just ordered a Fanless Mini PC, to cut down on background noise and squirted Sea Water up my nose to reduce clicks from sinus.

not sure I have a great set-up to be honest. I work from the laptop, have my microphone (Blue Yeti) standing next to me, a bit to the side of my face. There is indeed not much fan noise from the laptop. The bit I get I can easily noiseclean with Audacity. Settings:

Noise reduction: 12
Sensitivity: 6.00
Frequency smoothing: 0

I usually let it run more than once, better to clean less aggressively with more rounds, I find.

Other than that, I do nothing to my file.

thank you Craig, this helped me a great deal :9: So apart from one small edit for Aumerle, all the other scenes are ready to edit.

I put my name down for two scenes so far. May do more if I find the time, but I'm happily accepting help :)
