Section 1 is now PL OK!
Think Kazbek has addressed your question pretty well.
Feel free to refer to Tina's solo project 儿女英雄传 (where I also do the PL'ing)

Hello, I did another recording at 00:50.
Link here:

I decided to do it in my home dialect(Southwestern Mandarin, Chengdu dialect) because the poem is about a great person who once lived in the area, and the poet also lived there. But for authenticity, I searched up some stuff on the net and tried to recreate older versions of Chengdu dialect, which has evolved rapidly over the past century, so this is quite a bit different from the dialect actually spoken in Chengdu nowadays...... Apologize beforehand to any PLs out there
Section 2 - See PL Notes
The volume is 92.2 dB - slightly out of Checker's targeted range (86-92 dB) - so it's a "pass with warnings".
What I usually do as a reader is let this app check my recording before uploading. An alert would pop up if anything's wrong, be it volume or format.

You can also check the volume right within Audacity (if that's the app you're using), while using the amplify/de-amplify function. There is a plug in for that!

There's also some background noise, which you can fix using "noise reduction" in Audacity.
Content-wise, everything looks good!
As for the accent issue, I happen to have non-volunteer friends who speak the dialect and are glad to lend a hand.
But not every single time in the future (if this is going to be a regular occurrence), though - they're still students with really hectic schedules!
