Oh no! Well, I guess it could have been worse then. Get well soon!

Section 27 PL notes~ Beautiful reading, Emmi, wow! The only issue is that the volume of the file is 86.5 dB, which is too soft (87-91 dB is acceptable, and we aim for 89 dB). To adjust the volume in Audacity, select the whole recording. Click Effect > Amplify. In the Amplification box, enter the number +2.5 dB. Verify that the file is around 89 dB using Checker, then re-upload using the same filename. Post in this thread when the file is ready for spot PL. Thanks so much.

Sections 46, 50, and 61 PL notes~ I love your voice, Lynda. I am so glad that you recorded so many poems for this project! In Section 46, is one misreading that changes the meaning of the poem in "Rewards." At 0:45, the line reads, "when found he praise," not "when found his praise." Also, in Section 50, there is a repeat at 0:35 ("make haste to press . . . make haste to press") and 0:54 ("come thou . . . come thou"). Finally, in Section 61, there is a stumble that changes the meaning of the poem at 0:41. The line reads "In fearful hordes the infernal armament," the word "armament" meaning "military equipment." However, upon listening to the reading of the line multiple times, I heard "ornament." Please edit and re-upload. Thanks, and again, wonderful job!

Sections 56 and 57 PL notes~ Lovely reading, Shreya. I have two PL notes for you. In Section 56, at the end of the quote from The Tempest (immediately following "a dozen years"), read the footnote ("1902-1914" - you can insert the footnote at 0:27 in the recording). Also, in Section 57, at the end of the recording, say "End of poem. This LibriVox recording is in the public domain," instead of "End of Section ##. This LibriVox recording is in the public domain." Please edit and re-upload. Thanks!

Section 63 PL notes~ Thanks, Rob! Section 63 has a technical issue - the sampling rate should be 44.1 kHz (44,100 Hz), not 48 kHz.

Spot check PL OK: 0, 18, 31, 58

PL OK: 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 59, 60

Thanks for spotting that. I switched something accidentally in my editing software last week and wasn't sure which files it had affected.
