Oopsie. I accidentally uploaded chapter 34 to Tricia's folder. It's now also safely in MaryAnn's, where it belongs, but should be removed from Tricia's.

Oh yeah, and it's also ready for PL.

I know that at least once while recording this, I said "Milton," when I should have been saying "Malcolm." Hopefully there weren't any others.

Must not be my day today.

Chapter 35 is ready.

I didn't think to mention it before, but please let me know if you hear any strange or distracting background noises. I can't do much about the traffic outside, except try to wait until it passes. But sometimes there's so much of it that I keep talking through it and hope the mic won't pick it up.

This project has been dragging on for far too long. Poor Malcolm. Always talking a back seat to other projects. I've decided I'm setting myself a firm deadline. I aim to complete at least two chapters a week from now on, until it's completed, which should put us no later than mid-October. No more pussy-footing around, as my husband put it!

To that end, chapter 40 is now ready for PL!

In addition, I noticed while going back through my last few files that I'd used the long LV disclaimer for chapter 38 instead of the shortened one I'd been using for the others. I want to be consistent, so I changed to the shorter disclaimer and re-uploaded that one chapter. Just a spot PL of the beginning will be fine. Nothing else changed. Thank you!

41 will be a challenge. In it, Malcolm narrates a long story. It looks like I've got about 18 pages of straight Scottish dialect to contend with. I will feel better when this chapter is behind me.
