As to the section/chapter situation, usually the first post of all project sort that out, as it might really be different from book to book. In this case, we have:

"Section [number] of The Empresses of Constantinople. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org"
If you wish, say: "Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address]"
Say:
"The Empresses of Constantinople, by Joseph McCabe. Chapter [number] (Part [number], if applicable). [Chapter title]"
