I will need a volunteer to PL this for me. Anyone around here got an extra 30 minutes? :help:
You'll learn what a mangle is! And how there were no such things as laundromats in early America, nor bakeries, nor ready made dresses. No convenience stores at all!

Section 07 PL Notes

This reading is almost perfect... and interesting, too!

Two tiny PL NOTES:
2:17 ... Letitia does not tell me, " said I, how much...
"said I" is missing.

13:34 proportions like the women of TITIAN's or Giorgione's pictures
TITIAN s/b pronounced TISH-un. (a very famous Renaissance painter of Venice)

Thank you everyone who participated on this project. So now 14 of Stowe's 30 books have been recorded for Librivox. Only 16 to go! The cover is finished and uploaded. It will probably be linked by this evening or tomorrow.
Again, thank you all.
