I have one item for your consideration:
10:42 "When she thought of it, Mrs Gaunt’s youngest boy was nothing at all to her" is repeated from earlier in the paragraph.

12:21 "she is really not at all" "really" sounds truncated and "not at all" is also a bit peculiar, making the whole phrase difficult to understand.
