Welcome to LibriVox Andrew. good first reading, no issues found, except a rather high DC offset of +210. I think the system itself caused the offset, it is easily corrected with Audacity/Effect/ Normalize.

Thank you jsmolin, welcome to Librivox, good first reading. The volume is a bit low at 84.4 dB, you should aim for your waveforms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:jsmollin wrote: ↑June 2nd, 2020, 4:27 pm Here is my recording (1:02) https://librivox.org/uploads/aradlaw/sleep_dickinson_jks_128kb.mp3.

You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK)
