Nice recording, Kevin There's just one spot that needs to be changed:
12:18 – the text says "in their own languages often become slang" but I hear "in their own language have become slang". It's a small change but I'd say that the meaning is a bit different.

Thank you for the careful listen! I will make the correction.
Wow, we had a real photo-finish for section 2 there!
Colleen claimed section 2 in a message just before yours, Ipsita (she edited her message after yours was posted, but I think it's safe to assume that it wasn't to add a claim for section 2 ). Would you like to read another section instead, Ipsita?
I will let Ipsita take section 2 and I'll just go with section 5 right now....(my edit was a correction, I was aiming for section 5 but accidentally asked for 2 and 4 first).

May I claim section 2 please?
I see that your 1-minute test is in progress, but it looks like you haven't chosen your catalog name yet. Please let me know under what name you'd like to appear in the catalog. It can be your real name or pseudonym. We can also list your blog or personal website, if you have one. I'm marking your claim for section 2 in the notes, and will make the official assignment when you make your choice.
Hey there Michael I'm very much new here as you can see and can't really understand how to decide on a catalog name or what it is
Meanwhile if I could be considered for this recording I'd like to go by my first name Ipsita.
And thank you so much Colleen and I'm sorry i didn't see your comment before I commented

It can be whatever you want people to see when they browse a completed project with your contributions in the catalog. In contrast, you forum name, Ipsita0301, is only seen by users browsing the LibriVox forum. If you're planning to say "Recording by [your name]" on recordings (which is optional), it's a good idea to use whatever name you're going to say there as your catalog name, to make it easier on your fan base. Here's your reader page:
This catalog name will be used for all your recordings. If you'd like to change it, please reach out to a member of the Admin Team, and they can change it for you.
