There is a small correction needed to the title. The intro should be:

There is a LOT of kitchen noise coming from the background. The recording still passes standard PL since I can make out your words but it is very distracting and something you should watch for in the future. If you can hear it, so can the mic.

Yes I thought I could edit it out since it was far away and I spent hours trying to do so but you can still hear it. I will be more careful of that in the future. Please let me know how much of the beginning you recorded again. All edits need to be checked to ensure no new errors were picked up. I listened to the first 6 minutes again. If you went further please let me know. All other corrections are spot check PL OK.
Also, be careful of over processing noise cleaning. Too much and your recording can get muffled or get a tin like sound.
