Section 6, The Drama, is PL OK.
Oh my, what drama indeed! Talk about a guilt trip -- and if one wasn't enough, let's add "like mother, like daughter"! Sheesh.
I am liking the old priest. He's a wise one.

PL Notes Section 8
Neat ending! What a story, and well told. Just 3 notes:
:35 what the Indians told me, you say Indian
4:17 odor-iforous foliage, you say o-diforous.
4:40 perfumed by the bee, bee is missing

Why is the introduction listed as the last section? Shouldn't it be Section 0?
School fiction: David Blaize
America Exploration: The First Four Voyages of Amerigo Vespucci
Serial novel: The Wandering Jew
Medieval England meets Civil War Americans: Centuries Apart

Because it is boring and we thought of leaving it off altogether. But then, after the story, it could be interesting to some people. I often skip reading the Introductions on books or leave them to read later.

OK. You may want to include a note about that in the summary, so we don't get error reports saying the sections are out of order.

I did . . . "and this early (somewhat autobiographical) novella was inspired by his years spent with the local Indian tribes, (described in his Introduction--included after the story)."

That's okay. IMHO, why some authors bog down their really charming stories with really tedious introductions explaining "who I am and why I wrote this story and who is my target audience", I can't understand. Lots of introductions would be better as afterwords.

Thank you for the thoughtful PLing.
I'll make the necessary changes to the 3 section with PL notes and turn them in later.
If Rene could be found in English, I'd be glad to take a look at it.

8 and 9 are PL OK. That's all for the recording part.
Bill, what keywords do you suggest, and please review the summary. The cover is ready.
Once these are checked/fixed, this project will be ready to catalog.
Novella's are fun. I hope you will consider reading Rene. I can BC/DPL that one for you, too.

24 hours ago I would not have supplied a positive answer to a Rene project, but today I am re-energized. I'll check on the English version I found.msfry wrote: ↑May 8th, 2020, 7:36 am 8 and 9 are PL OK. That's all for the recording part.
