Re: The footnote in section 11 (explaining that Mussolini's brother was the editor of a fascist newspaper). Wasn't sure if it made sense to read this into a speech (normally would in books and poems). Happy to patch this in though if you think it's needed.

I think it's fine to leave out the footnote.
