Now I'm curious, what will happen when all the chapters are submitted and PL-ed?
Once I have all the chapters in, and they are all OK, I start the cataloging process. Depending on which day of the week, the whole process can take up to a few hours, the part that takes the longest these days is moving all the files from one part of the workflow system to the part where I do the final verification of the files, all the technical stuff like the bit rate and volume, then send it off to Internet Archive. Once the whole project is at Archive, they will derive different types of files and then put the project up for other people to download. After that is done, I finish up the project in the catalog and let everyone know that we have a brand new project! I sounds like a lot of things to do, but all I do is push some buttons.
