If you are a BC of a group project or a soloist who wish to create your own cover for your project, then you can pre-claim the cover before cataloguing is complete
So, sorry, you can't do that.

Anne
Is this in response to my preclaim request for solo Project 14933: “The Flu”: A Brief History of Influenza in U. S. America, Europe, Hawaii? My message disappeared from this forum Wed Apr 29, 2020 shortly before 5:40 am.

A request to the kind person who made the delightful cover for last week's Weekly Poem, The Magnet and the Churn, I had to re-catalog the project and don't want to break anything, but need the cover back into the new archive page (now 21 files) - https://archive.org/details/magnetandthechurn_2005.poem_librivox
Thanks. :D

Hi
There is a question concerning the cd cover design. Can I use an artwork that is my own hand-drawn copy of an old street scene photo taken in the 1960s?

preclaim made - the only requirement for the image is that it is clearly PD in the USA. If it's your drawing just say on the PDF that you make it PD. If it's a living recognisable person or a coco cola can then you can't make it PD because you don't own their rights.
