Thank you! I still cannot get in. It is telling me I have the wrong password, but the amount of times I have tried I do not see how it could be wrong every time, and I cannot get it to reset either, do you have any idea what could be wrong?

No idea. :( Strange that you cannot even do a password reset.

I have tried it on my computer, phone, and iPad, all with the same results... It is really weird :|
