You have two links in the first post. I had not seen the first one by the summary, but used the one later in the body of the post - which is wrong.

Thanks, Todd

Hmm. Great story, but not really a kid's story: Mother dying (well, that happens in a lot of Disney movies so maybe that is okay?), Father dying, child dying....

Here is Section 2. Length 39:31

Section 3 is recorded, have to edit.

Thanks, Todd

Maybe I should recategorize it... but sadly, this was probably the experience of many kids when it was written.

Welcome to Librivox!
Please be sure to read the first post and ask if you have questions.

Section 6 is very long, so I would like you to divide it fairly equally between 2 sections (6 and 7). You can choose where to make the break, but upload as two separate files, each with the correct intro and outro.

My apologies, I meant to write Chapter 6, which is section 10. Would it be possible to switch me to that one instead?

Hello guys! I’m new to this project, but I have worked on another project on librivox before, which is almost done, so I’m moving on to this one, which seems interesting. (And I happen to have a reading challenge to read a book published in the 1920s.)

So, can I take sections 4 and 5 for a starter?

It’ll be nice to work with everyone. Good day!

Absolutely.
FYI, you don’t have to wait for a project to be complete, or even fully claimed, before selecting another. Many readers “cherry-pick “.

I see, thanks for telling me! Personally I prefer to do one project at a time, so I’m on the search for new projects a few days before my part of the old one is done. But just in case I stumbled upon an uninteresting project, ‘cherry-picking’ seems useful
