I do not quite know how anything here works just yet. If one of you would be so kind as to direct me to the poem you want me to read , where to post it and which buttons to press..., I would be much obliged. Thank you.

Hello! I would love to have you read section 8 though I do wonder if this is your very first recording? I will hold that section for you though please do respond to this question when you have the time. Thank you,
April
I have never read for librivox. No. Here is a sample of my reading skill level if it helps: https://youtu.be/d1E_dcbBZK0
Just listened to your sample of reading and WOW!! Wonderful reading voice you have. Please do follow through with your 1 minute test as it would be a shame to not have you read librivox materials.

Please do a 1-minute test if you have not already done so (https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test), this is to get the details of the technical side sorted. If you're interested in developing your technique, and have the time to spare, I have recorded a number of YouTube videos on this subject.

I would love if you read the section you have already claimed. It is not a poem though & does have 3458 words. I see that Adrian has given a list of helpful areas to pursue if you have the time.
I have already mentioned that it would be shameful for you not to record LibriVox materials. I meant it.
Please also understand that this site has a number of people who can answer questions or help to solve a problem when one may arise.
Happy Easter!!

I apologize ahead of time if my breathing sounds out of control. Allergies are terrible right now and seems like I have no breath control at the moment! I tried to edit it the best I could :|

Hello Jenn,
I listened to the beginning of your section & I hear no breathing issues. The pl okay is with the dpl.
My husband also has allergies so I do understand how problematic allergies can be. :( Your voice is pleasant though and not sounding as though there is a problem at all. Thank you for posting.

Hello Jenn, this is nicely read and the breathing didn't come over as problematic (at least for the listener!). Thank you. PL OK.
