Hello, welcome to librivox! You don't need to be able to do an American accent to record for this character. We don't only let specific sounding readers claim certain roles according to their voice, so you could claim anyone here! Even if you claimed a cat, we wouldn't expect some "meows," unless the lines said so It's all for fun. If you'd like to try an American accent, you can, but there's no requirement that you have to. We'll put you down for Ned Barker. Have fun!

Thank you, and sorry! Everything in the MW (the numbers indicating which character is in which chapter, for example) and everything in the scripts was copied off of the Little Men DR script that was catalogued about 3 years ago. (Twinkle was kind enough to let me use it!) Sorry about that, though.

I'm a little confused... all submitted files are proof listened, regardless of the experience of the volunteer, to check for errors/tech spec mishaps. is that what you were asking?

I was just wondering if I could maybe get feedback on this recording before starting with the rest, in case there are any massive mistakes.
(it's okay if that's not possible, I am just a bit paranoid about Audacity because it has given me problems in the past )
