excellent, thank you, Piotrek, this is all PL ok. I had to smile at all the tricky questions chief Nicaragua asked of Gil. he was a sceptic, good on him not to be so easily taken in.

Kitty wrote: April 12th, 2020, 10:33 am wohoo, hello again Hernan (I remember your text with only A as vowel  ) Great to have a Peruvian read about Peruvian history :9: You will be able to pronounce all the difficult names correctly. 8-)

I'll assign you the sections :) since you are new to this series, please read the first two posts carefully. There is all the info for the special notes in this project: how to read the intro/outro, how to say the title, how to deal with footnotes.
Yes! I remember you too Sonia . Yeah, being Peruvian I have some vague memory of learning about this in my history classes at school ; how Atahuallpa threw down the Bible he was given and then all hell broke loose . I'll try recording as soon as possible.

Thanks!
Hernan

nothing cringeworthy as yet  all good, Jo, thank you so much. I even learnt a new pronunciation that I always said wrong: NEW-fendland, didn't know it was stressed on the first syllable. I always said new-FOUND-land  I will try to remember the correct pronunciation from no on. So thanks for that.

All PL ok so far. Only careful with the filename, you missed the _128kb at the end ;) No need to reupload, I corrected it in my folder now.

your French was fine too, Matt, no worries there. :) The whole text was nicely read and apart from one small sentence, everything was word-perfect even  The sentence doesn't change the meaning, so no need to re-do that one either. I can give you a PL ok right away. Congrats to you very first LV recording  I hope you had fun recording and editing and that there's going to be more to come (here or in other interesting projects)

Thank you

Sorry about the filenames. I suspect the pronunciation of Newfoundland probably depends on where you are from. Not actually sure which is preferred.
