Jerry McAuley was a missionary and founder of the Water Street Mission (later the New York City Rescue Mission), the first rescue mission in the United States. This book is a collection of his writings regarding his waywardness, his conversion and his missional work in New York both at the Water Street Mission and later at the Cremorne Mission. ( KHand)
