I'm really not sure what's been wrong with this guy, I've been configuring the settings as 128 kbps CBR for a while now, but I suppose it's possible that I've just been uploading an earlier version of the file? Also I boosted the sound by another 5 dB, let me know if it's too loud or still too quiet, it's extremely easy for me to go in and switch that around.

Also, my sincere apologies for being so late on this, Quarantine has added a lot of complications to my life that I very much did not expect.
