Chapter 21 is spot check PL OK.

If you go to your catalog page and click on the section details link you will see a listing of all your current claims and their status. I find it very helpful in keeping track of where my work stands.

Also, what is my catalog page? I didn't see anything like that in my control panel or profile...

PL OK means "Proof listen ok". If it wasn't PL OK then there would be notes of something which needed to be fixed.
