I have no idea if I've done the right thing here. If you need me to start again I will happily do so.

I didn't think the resolution was high enough at 300px, but I think that's what you want.

I have read the notes and checked against other uploads, but not confident.

I've cobbled together these to give you some idea of what you are making
I'd prefer you to make them again and reupload but please not a zip labelled LV either use your name or the project one.
It's not a great quality image did you check the PG one ? they often do improve them
With the font you have used it's not very clear to read - note LibriVox and your name - I think I've misread it when I made the pdf
So what you need to do is to prepare your working image - I use 800X800 . I think many here use 600X600
Then put the writing you want on it
Use this on your pdf - you need to use a template for a CD cover which comes at minumum as a image page joined with a back page
then resize to 300X300 and duplicate it call one title_yymm and the other title_yymm_itemimage
then make a 150X150 called title_yymm_thumb
