2:10 “Cru-soe” not ‘Ca-ru-so” who was a different person – famous Italian tenor
3:17 I hear Ca-ru-so again.
3:28 repeat “the most impressive passages”
I'm from Brooklyn, whaddo I know?
I'm pleased with the way the edits went, are you?

Excellent job on the edits.
I love your reading, by the way. So well done.

Great chapter, too. That John Wesley escape has been a meaningful one.
And, the theme of escapes could be a great one for my memoirs.

Hey Boreham fans, I'd like to let you know about this Boreham project on Kickstarter. No pressure, of course, since this isn't that kind of website, but if you're interested in a beautiful hardback copy of a long-out-of-print Boreham, check it out. I posted a link and some info here: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=78558

Welcome, Thom! Happy to have you here! I'll gladly hold that section for you. Before you get started on it, you'll need to complete your one-minute test. Information on that is in your welcome email, or you can find the same info here: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=1-Minute_Test

I also will need to know what name you'd like to use in the catalogue. It can be the same as your login name or different, real name or pseudonym.

I look forward to working with you! Please ask if you have any questions or need some help finding your feet here. :)

Happy to give you 9 and 10! Another reader recently requested section 3 and I just realized that I forgot to reserve it in the MW. Sorry about that!

I would like to read sections 12 and 13. I have completed section 3 and will submit as soon as I get the ok from my 1 minute test.
I will be able to complete 12 and 13 by tomorrow
Thanks

Thank you, I'll reserve those for you as well.

I still need to know what name you want for the catalogue before I can officially assign these.

You're also not quite finished posting your 1-minute test. You need to post the link so that we can find it. See my response to your intro post. :) I'd urge you to hold off on recording your other sections until after you get the ok on your test, unless maybe you're extremely confident that you already have the right settings. (Do you have Checker?) I'd hate for you to put in the time in takes to record 3 whole sections, only to realize that you have to redo them all because of an incorrect setting that we could have caught before you got started. :?

Wonderful, thanks Thom! I've given you some feedback in your test thread. Hopefully it will be a quick fix. I've also created your reader page, here: https://librivox.org/reader/14028 Right now, this is the only project that appears, but there will be more to follow, I'm sure. Eventually, that page will contain everything you've worked on, both completed and in-progress.

Thank you both! I've updated the MW, and I'm sure Larry will be along shortly to have a listen. :)
