I looks likely that chapter 33 will need to be split. There is no narrator yet for that chapter. Do you want to split it now or leave a note for the narrator to record and extra intro/ending in case I need it for editing?
I've added a note, there are so many parts in that chapter that splitting it up now would be a massive headache. Do we need a complete intro for the part two chapter? (Kinda starting to wish I went for the shorter intro for this project:P)
I would think if I had a "chapter 33, part 1" and a "chapter 33, part 2" I could then edit together whatever I needed.

Hey there,

My One Minute test was recently approved and I have started recording some other projects. I would like to read Abbé Faria, if I may.

Posted Signor Pastrini, ch.36 and 37, both under 1 min:
https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/montecristo_pastrini_36.flac
https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/montecristo_pastrini_37.flac

My assigned sections (112-116 at the moment) for this project are submitted. Please PM me if there are any PL notes or question, and I miss them.
There are glitches in the MW:
1. My submission for chap. 34 (montecristo_pastrini_34.flac) is filed under chap.33.
2. My 72-min long submission for chap. 33 (montecristo_pastrini_33_128kb.mp3) is not in the MW at all. I hope you can find it, because I can not :-(
3. Sec.115 assigns ch.35 for Pastrini, but it should be ch.36. No Pastrini lines in ch.35.
Hope these notes help.

I found it. It was uploaded in .mp3 format instead of .flac:

https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/montecristo_pastrini_33.mp3

(I don't have access to the MW to link it, though).

Thank you for finding it! It is in mp3 because the uploader couldn't handle the huge 400 Mb .flac file.
The MC / BC / DPL told me to do this.

Albert Chapter 77, ready for PL:

https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/montecristo_albertdemorcerf_77.flac (14:10)

Also, I just realized that I've been making all my recordings too loud (not clipping, just too loud). Is this okay with the editor, or do I need to make sure they're within range myself? I know some editors like to go in and individually adjust everyone's volume so it's the same.

I prefer when the reader does the volume control and noise cleaning but please don't upload revisions just to change the volume. I always have some prep to do before I can edit. Please keep an eye on the ones going forward.

Got it! Sorry about that. I'm sure I'll be sending in at least some revisions anyway when I get PL notes.
