This book is getting good. I wonder who it is. They haven't talked about Elliot at all yet. Chapter 10:
2:46 – extra ‘when’ (should be ‘I went’ instead of ‘when I went’)
8:27 – heard ‘Mrs.’ instead of ‘Miss’
13:50 – heard ‘hartly’ instead of ‘hearty’
17:32 – heard ‘recitent’ instead of ‘reticent’
20:21 – heard ‘sumrise’ instead of ‘surmise’
Here are the new PL Notes:
@20:20 - and while Mr. Driscoll’s s that the deed can possibly be traced to one who recently saw the play of ‘Hamlet,’
@17:31 - as he was reticent before.
@13:49 - Shane announced, in a hearty way
@08:26 - beside Miss Ames’ bed
@02:45 - but I went around to a druggist’s
I hope reticent is pronounced correctly this time.
Thanks, SaraHale.
Constructive criticism is always welcome.

Glad to hear you had time to record. Strangely, I don't hear any differences. Did you upload the right file?

Unbelievable! I'm so sorry for uploading the wrong file. I thought I had a solid filing system.
Thank you for being an AWESOME PLer.
Hopefully, this time everything is correct. If not, I'll apologize in advance and ask you to be patient with me.
Thanks, SaraHale.

There we go, this time it's right. Your system is better than mine, I don't keep most of my files. All are OK, but reticent is still off. I know this is a hard one, and I'd be OK with letting it go if you wanted to. I'll mark it OK for now.

Arr... I knew it! The word "reticent" won't be good. I don't know what to do with it. Can we leave it for now and get back to it later? I feel I'm going to be forever stuck in chapter 10 with THAT WORD.
Thanks, SaraHale.

Of course. And if you don't want to come back to it, I don't think it will hurt anything.

Lovely recording, though it didn't give me much help. It is pointing too much to Eunice, so it can't be her. I guess I'll find out.
4:13 – heard ‘ unself-cautious’ instead of ‘unself-conscious’
8:19 – heard ‘Mr. Postwaite’ instead of ‘Mr. Postlewait’
9:54 – heard ‘daintitly’ instead of ‘daintily’
16:42 – maybe take a look at your pronunciation of ‘hermetically’, later it is pronounced better
Thanks, Campbell! Here are the corrections:
@16:38 - and ‘most always, the murder is committed in what they call ‘a hermetically sealed room,’
@9:52 - and daintily smothered a slight yawn.
@8:18 - by Mr. Postlewaite
@4:12 - unself-conscious
Thanks, SaraHale.
