Ah, I know what it is - you are mixing up the Section numbers with the Chapter numbers. If you go to the "In Time of Pestilence" Chapter in the book - you will see there are several different sub-chapters within it. You are reading the 4th and 5th ones. The Section numbers do not always equal the Chapter numbers especially when one Chapter like this one is broken into sub chapters or a single chapter is going to take more than 1 hour to read.

There are many ways of setting up a book. I adopted this book to get it finished when Elsie did not return after being away - so that is the way she set it up. It cannot be changed now.

Hi Talya -

I thanks to MaryAnn realizing that there was a problem with the Magic Window, I now have PL'd your Section 57.

First, please ensure when recording sections for various books that you follow the instructions under the Magic Window on what you are to say. Also there is information as to how to upload the file and the time that is needed at the beginning and end of the file. You do tend to add extra words to your recordings so when you proof listen to your recordings please listen for them. I have chosen a couple that affect the story to be removed. Also, in the future, please just say your name and website instead of extra verbiage such as "you can find me at..."

Here are your PL Notes:

:33 – repeat of title Channaka lights - Please remove
:52 – missing “pakádti”
2:50 – missing “ever” in nothing ever can come of it
4:10 and 4:20 are repeats
5:15 – missing “pakádti”
7:26 – extra word “more”
8:46 – extra word “even”
10:13 and 10:16 repeats
10:45 – extra word “even”
13:25 – you only need to say "End of …." If you are recording the last Chapter/Section in the book. Please remove this part of the ending and add 5 seconds of silence that is required at the end of each recording.

Excellent recording Beatrix! It is PL OK! Just two minor things - you were a little short on the 5 seconds at the end (4:30) and when you report the time of the recording please report it in mm:ss as that is the format that I have to enter it into the system in. I got you this time and everything is fine.

So do you want to record some more sections now?

Perfect! Welcome! So you want Ldear to be the name that is referenced on the website also for your recordings? Ie. You want your login name and website name to be the same. I will assign Section 47 to you when I hear back from you just to make sure I am understanding correctly.
