a wonderful performance, Linda, I simply knew that Christiana was a perfect choice for you :9: I love the accent you are doing here, wow, wish I could speak like that 8-) The dialogue between Izod and Chris will be excellent.

I only found one missing line. Yes I know the Gutenberg script is rather messy :? I just hope I didn't miss anything else.

> at about 6:03: missed line: "I'm close at hand if you want me, Squire. Here's Gilbert!"

thank you, looking forward to the rest !

Here is Felicity. I gave you both a sung and a spoken version of the song in Act 2. Hopefully I didn't miss any snippets.

Poor girl. It's a shame her story ended here where it did. Oh well. I will invent a happy ending for her, a year or two hence.

yes, I think pimping her to the butler was really a bit too much  and asking for the ear-rings, what a rotter ! Good riddance, I'd say.

The song is lovely, Devorah. So you invented the tune ? It's cool. As far as I can see, no parts are missing so all PL ok. I loved the emotional parts very much. :9:

Thank you

Yes, the natural rhythm of the poem seemed to suggest it. I also wanted something with kind of a country lilt, as I thought that's the kind of song she'd be most likely to know.

Hi Folks,

The part of Child is ready for review: https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/squire_child_03_128kb.mp3 (0:38).

Reader Name: Roland Fellows (can't recall if this is needed to set up a reader page or not).

Tried to do a couple of different versions of exclamations for the crowd parts - hope there's something that works!

Let us know if any changes are needed.

Regards,
Steven & Roland

Hi Roland :)

first of all, really well done, there is a young actor in the making. Loved the expressiveness you are already showing and I hope to hear you in many more roles along the way. Though unfortunately there are not that many roles for very young readers in drama, but there are many in dramatic readings I think.

I can change the reader name, not problem. Will do so immediately.

Update, here it is: https://librivox.org/reader/13795

I notice the crowd speeches are a bit jumbled up here, if you could put them in the correct order in which they appear in the text, that would be helpful to our editor to find them back easier. I see you left some of them out, but I kinda agree, the young child may not have joined in saying all this. I think the sample you gave us is plenty enough to have the child's voice in some of the mergings.

Thank you !!! Great first job.

beware a woman scorned... :? Christiana is plotting the squire's destruction :(

excellent job again, Linda, thank you so much. But unfortunately, indeed, you have missed one line, or maybe cut it out by mistake again:

> at about 0:38: "Turn up your collar, Gilbert, it's bitter cold"

the rest is perfect
