As this is my first letter, I was unsure how far to take the characterization.
In the end I did a rather over-the-top emotional one. Happy to receive criticism and rework if necessary.

I always put the time at the end of the links but I guess they are easy to miss. I'll put the times under the links in future.

Section 14 is 13:49 minutes
Section 16 is 34:36 minutes
