Kitty wrote: February 2nd, 2020, 4:36 am I think Interlude 6 you can include at the end of Act 5. It's really only a small fragment. I wonder how many act Molière wanted to do for this one

Sonia
Yes, I want Interlude 6 at the end of the Act 5 file please - as in MW section note.

Days in the palace gardens were probably long and filled with wine and sunshine, so by the time you got past 6 acts, maybe the actors and dancers just made things up until they were the only ones still awake.

Thanks, Todd

super, thank you, Adrian, this is perfectly PL ok again. Strange that they would mention that the rest of the 6th interlude is to be found in the introduction, because I checked on that page and didn't find anything relevant there. :hmm:

I guess we can leave it at that. Good job !

You can find the material in the first two paragraphs at the top of Page 20 of the introduction. No lines, but a brief description of the action that followed what is presented in the script. Up to you if you wish to read it.

Moron, the Princess's fool, awaits in the MW. I will issue a warning for you not to be drinking anything through a straw during your PL of this.

Thanks, Todd

 thank you for the warning. I had once orange juice coming back through my nose through laughing, this is not a process I want to repeat any time soon.

I loved Moron's performance. Especially the scene with the echo is so over-the-top  wonderfully acted out. Moron, eternally cautious not to get hurt by anything. And the singing lesson was funny too.

Super job, Todd. All acts PL ok.

Thanks

Sonia

I am happy to help you with the titular character if you'll have me.
(Why did nobody so far... well, I guess I'll find out. )

thank you, Availle, super  yes, I don't know why nobody wants to play the princess...she is quite a tough one ;) Probably had Xena as role-model in the beginning  even though, Xena wouldn't be as cruel to lovers.

I meant mentally cruel, not physical...she wants them to fall in love with her, but then she despises them for this weakness. Not a nice character trait in my opinion. ;)

I think now you can picture her

Here are mine. I feel I owe you a small apology for the Shepherdess, Todd. You'll have to do some tempo tweaking there. Try as I may, I don't think I can slow myself down enough to match Alan. (No disrespect meant; we just have a very different natural rhythm.) :?

Thank you. And I can get the tempos to match - or at least it will sound that way.

Thanks, Todd

yes I think the shepherd and the shepherdess may have different temperaments here  but Todd likes a challenge. And you narrate it so sweetly, I loved it. In comparison, the musician is quite annoying in the early mornings  I would throw a shoe at you if you were harrassing me like that.

Thanks, both PL ok.
