Drive-by PL'ing. From what I can tell (the script/roles are confusing with the choruses/all/men/etc.)
Tessa, Act I:
1:27 - "Gondolieri carissimi! Siamo contadine!" lines from here are repeated at 2:04-2:37. Not a problem; just confusing.
Thanks for your drive-by PL'ing, Tricia!
Those lines in question need to be repeated because I was asked to read all lines for the female chorus in addition to Tessa's lines, which I did. Even though at times it doesn't make sense for Tessa to be part of the chorus, here it does make sense. So we have Marco and Giuseppe singing with the girls first (marked in green). Then we have a repeat of that whole dialogue with the entire chorus (marked in blue).
In my recording you can find the dialogue both times here: 01:27-02:01 (1st time through - Marco and Giuseppe with the girls) 02:04-02:38 (second time through with the whole chorus)
MAR. and GIU. Buon’ giorno, signorine!
GIRLS. Gondolieri carissimi!
Siamo contadine!
MAR. and GIU. (bowing). Servitors umilissimi!
Per chi questi fiori –
Quests fiori bellissimi?
GIRLS. Per voi, bei signori,
O eccellentissimi!
(The Girls present their bouquets to MARCO and GIUSEPPE, who are overwhelmed
with them, and carry them with difficulty.)
MAR. and GIU. (their arms full of flowers). O ciel’! O ciel’!
GIRLS. Buon’ giorno, cavalieri!
MAR. and GIU. (deprecatingly). Siamo gondolieri.
(To FIA. and VIT.) Signorina, io t’amo!
GIRLS (deprecatingly). Contadine siamo.
MAR. and GIU. Signorine!
GIRLS (deprecatingly). Contadine!
(Curtseying to MAR. and GIU.) Cavalieri
MAR. and GIU. (deprecatingly). Gondolieri!
Poveri gondolieri!
CHORUS. Buon’ giorno, signorine, etc.

9:31 / 9:38 - a couple lines repeated; not a big deal.
I've cut out the extra line:
"You’ll lay your head
Upon your bed
At set of sun.
You will not sing
Of anything
To any one."
Marco Act II:
4:23, 4:29 - didn't repeat whole refrain:
They will both go on requesting
Till you tell us, never doubt it;
Everything is interesting,
Tell us, tell us all about it!
Francesco Georgio Act II:
0:28 - "of happiness the very pith" - was read "pitch", but editor can use the first instance, as this is a repeat.
4:32 - "proclaim their graces" was read "your", but editor can use the first instance, as this is a repeat.
If I'm reading this rightly, that's all the lines that need PL'ing. Gianetta's lines are marked as "ready for spot PL"; I'll leave that to whoever PL'd it originally. EDIT: Oops, I missed a couple Act II roles. If no one gets to them, I'll do them - but I'm PL'ing something else right now.
Giuseppe, Act II:
7:34 - missing line, " GIU. It's quite simple. Observe. Two husbands have managed to acquire three wives. Three wives—two husbands.
(Reckoning up.) That's two-thirds of a husband to each wife."
Tessa, Act II:
0:18 - missing line (bolded portion), "So here we are, at the risk of our lives, From ever so far, and we've brought your wives—" but it's included in the previous lines, so it could be reused from there.
9:00 - "from royalty flying" - is read "from royal flying". Shouldn't be a problem to hide this in the others reading the lines
NOW I think all the PL's done! I've marked the window.

Drive-by PL'ing. From what I can tell (the script/roles are confusing with the choruses/all/men/etc.)
Luiz:
Act I:
At about 5:29, the line is, " ALL. A tale free from every doubt, etc." which indicates to me a repeat of a chorus. What was read was only "A tale free from every doubt"
Well, all this does sound confusing, but just let me know if there is anything I need to correct or add for Luiz
I'm not nagging, just wondered how you were going with this. If you regret ever volunteering just let me know - I knew from the start that Beth would be unlikely to be able to finish it so I was always prepared to do what was needed to get it finished.

Has anyone adopted the remaining editing of this project? If not, it would be my pleasure to help.
I think Mark (sjmarky) has offered to do the editing. What project really needs is a BC but as I have no experience of BCing I do not feel able to offer to do it. I could help to PL the complete acts.

Super - thanks, Mark. If Mark (or Annise) do not want to pick up the remaining bit of BC work, I can help with that. I think what's left streamlines pretty closely with the editing, though.
