I am the wrong gender but if the part of Ellen is staying open, I'll be glad to take it to help the project along: It is an interesting topic

Thanks, Todd

Thanks Todd, I appreciate your offer. For now, I'm fine with waiting; in particular since "Charlotte" hasn't been online in a while...

If all else fails, I can do one of the girls myself, and then I might ask you to do the intro/outro. But for now, I'm in no rush.
Cheers, Ava.

I'm glad to hear that you're alright!

I did get a bit worried that you haven't been online for quite a while...
Keep it up! :D

I'm happy to take another part as I just realised that someone else has asked the same question.

Hi there, maddithurrott and welcome to LV!

I'm very glad about your interest in this project, but since this here is the "dramatic works" forum, the rules are a bit different. Here we read plays or books as dramatic reading - every reader takes on a single role and reads all parts of it. So when Kristin claimed Ellen, she knew that she would be reading, effectively, half the book.

A large role like this is not the best place to start at for a beginner. Smaller roles in plays are fine, they are usually very quickly recorded and are often very simple to edit. Or check out a "standard" project in the other "Readers Wanted" forums; the one for "Short Works" has poetry and books with (usually) shorter chapters. They are the best place to start so you learn how we do the things we do. :D

Anyway, I see you got your test approved, so you're ready to go and record. Hope to see you around often! Have fun on here!
Cheers, Ava.
