Ahh....Didn't even think to search through the previous threads to make sure it was still available. Luckily I didn't start working on the section until I had confirmation. How about section 51?

Thanks, Rosebud!
We have learned that our BC on this project, Beth Thomas, has passed away. She had been battling cancer for a long time.
I'll take over as BC to finish this up in her honour. Unless you want to BC it when you get back, Rosebud?

How sad! I didn’t know she had cancer, but found out when she had a surgery in Nov. We’ll miss her!
I’ll be happy to have you go ahead as BC. Thanks!

Do you know yet what the run time will be?
If it's close to the 72 minute mark, using the Change Tempo effect can shorten the file without a discernible change in the pacing. A 1% change shortens a 72:00 minute file by a little over 40 seconds.
If it's more than a minute or so over 72 minutes, we'll have to divide the file. The intros/outros state the chapter numbers rather than section numbers, so this should be easy to do. Name one of the files 34a, the other 34b, and use "Chapter 34, part 1" (or part 2) in the intro and outro.
Make sense?

I've recorded 15 minutes so far and made it just over 4 pages into the text. If this tempo holds, the section may go as long as 90 minutes. I'm reading it at a tempo that seems best suited for the material, which is full of technical terminology, names, dates and Latin phrases. The section starts in the middle of chapter 35, so I say "Section 34" at the start. Chapter 36 should start about 18 minutes in, so potentially I could start the second file there, and say "Chapter 36... end of chapter 36" for it, if that chapter on its own fits under the limit.
Michael
P.S. Actually, it occurs to me that sections 33 and 34 were probably supposed to contain chapters 35 and 36 without spillovers. Since I recorded section 33 myself, I can easily reshuffle the material like this, post an expanded version of section 33, and change its intro/outro -- and maybe try to read chapter 36 my chipmunk voice. That would simplify things quite a bit.

It doesn't make sense for part of chapter 35 to be included in a file for chapter 36.
You recorded chapter 35 / section 33. Could you edit that to include all of chapter 35 and just have section 34 be chapter 36?
