The first three fixes for Chapter 3 are left out lines that you probably recorded and accidentally edited out. I know, I've done the same thing before! So if you happen to have saved a copy of the unedited session you might find them there.

Chapter 3:

Sorry about that! I was experimenting with a new editing routine setup, took a bit to get the kinks ironed out. My editing/proofing pattern is a bit more consistent now, hopefully errors won't rear up too much anymore.
