It's okay - I thought you just were busy over the holidays. I haven't done one for this collection in a while, so I'm relieved these are alright!

Hello Opal Reflections! Welcome to Librivox!
I rather enjoyed your reading of this story! You have a lovely voice!
Text-wise the recording is what we'd say PL OK, but on the technical side, some settings are off. What recording software are you using?
The tech specs that need correcting is the bit-rate, it should be constant 128kbps, I think it's now variable because I get it at 108kbps
and the stereo track needs to be in mono. Tech specs are important because they ensure a smooth cataloguing process. Just see if you can adjust these settings and export the new file to upload, or if you're having difficulties, let me know what software you're using, and we'll try together (though I'll be online again about this time tomorrow). Good luck!

Thank you, Colleen! PL OK
Did you use another source? The last sentence was different from the gutenberg.org ebook, so I looked around and this seems to match https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.54744/page/n17/mode/2up Fortunately it's PD so I'll use that as the text source in the Magic Window.

Whoa! Guess I did. I downloaded it a while back and found it on my iPad today, guess I misremembered which location I got it from.
The print does look like the version in my download and I usually grab stuff from IA as a PDF so yeah pretty sure that’s it. Sorry for mixup!
Thanks!
Colleen
