Hi Jim,
Very well done!
There are only a few technical updates needed.
The bit-rate has to be 128 kbps.
The bit-rate has to be constant.
The amplification should be reduce by 8dB. The target is 89 dB. This is at 98.
It needs some noise cleaning to reduce the background hum.
