Here's section 2 -

Track length: 9:55
Thanks, Phil. This is great - I was surprised by the happy ending, although maybe not so happy if Pearl is going back to the place with the "nasty things". PL OK.

Thanks Rob. I think Pearl may have made out okay, but I'm not so sure about the native people.

Thanks! All yours.

As I see this is your first claimed section for LibriVox, may I also say welcome and and extra thanks for choosing this project.

So I can enter your claim in what we call the "magic window" (the frame in the first post in this and every book's thread that lists the sections and who is reading them), I will ask you to choose a display name. "dnce17" is your user name, for this forum only: a display name is how you will be credited in the LibriVox catalogue, and usually how you would say your name in your recording (e.g. "Recording by Rob Marland"). My own forum and catalogue names are the same, but you might prefer something different.

Thank you! As for the display name, "dnce17" is fine.

Thanks. Both claims registered. Happy reading!

ps, Fractal, your display name was already in the system, so I assume another BC or admin already added it.

Ah, I wasn't sure if I would need to give my display name for each project.

No worries, that's why I mentioned it. It's a one-time thing. Now your two names are linked it's all good.

Section 15 for PL:

https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/somethingchildish_15_mansfield_128kb.mp3 8:49
Thanks, Kathleen and Nemo. All of these are PL OK!

By the way, Kathleen, despite the instructions in the first post it is no longer necessary to add information to the ID3 tags of your submissions, because (as far as I understand it) this will be added automatically when the project is catalogued. I mention it so you can save yourself a bit of time with future submissions.
