We do recommend recording the 1-minute test first to make sure your settings are all correct. However, if you're not afraid of having to re-record this section if something is wrong, you could use this as your test.

I think it'll be about 5 minutes long in the end.

Please next time let me know the file duration including the seconds. "5 min" could be anything from 5:00 to 5:59, and it might make a difference
to know that at cataloging time.

Two edits to make:

3:38 - "in the new testament, nor in any.." The word "any" is cut off. (Also, it doesn't connect well with the rest of the sentence. I recommend re-recording the whole sentence.)

5:12 - I recommend a little more space between the text and "end of section 10". You could cut a second of silence from the end of the recording and paste it between "heathenism" and "End of."
