Here is Section 10:

Jim

At 11:42, the splice occurs (William of Poitiers). Before that are the two times for the spot fixes: 4:25 and 5:40.

thank you for the time stamps, that made my job easier :9: Those two fixes were well done.

However I found two new spots in here which need to be corrected:

> at 19:02: (p. 97) "Gesta Stephani. Willliam of Jumieges" – this is the header of the page, but the actual chapter only starts in the middle of this page. So the title can here be cut out, this is still the Ordericus chapter.

> at 20:01: (p. 97) stumble and repeat:" but is probably" – can be cut out once

The rest is again perfect. Some interesting books in there. I wonder whether there are good copied of them or even better, translations into more modern English. They may be interesting to do for LV. :hmm:

Thank you

Yes, I had noticed that repetition and thought it odd, but pushed on nevertheless. So here is 10 again without needless repeats. Jim

yes watch out, because they do that on every page. Only most of the times the sentences run over into the next page, so there you won't be tempted to read a new title. This happened here because a new paragraph was beginning.

Now entirely PL ok :)

Thanks

 still tons of Latin reference books. This is not only hard reading but also hard listening  Thank you for bravely ploughing through this, Jim.

All PL ok ! Now let's hope with Middle English there will be less of the Latin ;)

 yes that's the one. Thank you, Jim. Again straight PL ok. And I see this time you even had to deal with a bit of German. What else will be in store for you

Some interesting insights into the original of the Grail here. 8-)

Thanks for yet another entertaining listen.

thank you, Jim, for another flawless contribution  straight PL ok. I loved the discussions about synthetic versus analytic in our Lingustic courses at the university :9: fond memories.
