PL notes
Please reduce the opening silence to less than 1 second.

Please trim ending silence to 5 seconds.

In general, there is more background noise than I am accustomed to hearing. All of your words can be heard so there are no areas requiring corrections however in the future you may attempt to be more mindful of holding still.

I would also suggest running some moderate noise reduction on the entire file -- quite a bit of hum.
But do adjust those beginning and ending silences.
Thanks for your recording.

Silences adjusted, and I think I did a better job on the noise removal this time. I did actually try to do some light noise removal the first time around, but clearly it was not good enough. This new version clocks in at 12:32.
