Section 25 is PL OK. It just struck me, you're a little past the half way mark in the number of sections, and I imagine that's probably at least half way through the text as well.

Yes - - - indeed I've had the same thoughts. It's going really well.
And I'm having so much fun with this that I'm about to jump in as BC for a new up-and-coming reader who is excited about taking on one of her all-time favorite books as a solo. I'll let you know more about it when things are up and running. She is an absolute delight to listen to.

Tom,
While listening again to section 23 (I listen to most of the sections over again since my mp3 player goes back to older ones after finishing the latest one) I caught something the slipped past me the first time. It is:
10:33 wooden/woollen (the General used two ls so I will, too, here, though what I think is the more modern spelling has just one).
Then while scanning through the text for that, I noted:
about 8:55 Venutian/Vesuvian. That had sounded a bit strange to me, and I'd been wondering what volcano started with Ven... and ended with ...tian. I should have guessed what had happened having grown up on documentaries and entertainment about the last days of Pompeii and water baby Tom's harsh, selfish boss when Tom was a chimney sweep being made part of a team cleaning out the roots of Mt. Vesuvius in the next life. I don't think that's orthodox theology, but it's a good story.
