This was very complex... moreso that I had thought.
good job!
Here are a couple of spots you might want to look at, tho:

7:08 Heard "After all, is not the people"
s/b "After all, it is not the people"

11:38 "that cover the case, with ample punishment for the offense."
The word "ample" is mangled and unintelligible. Perhaps due to an edit/correction?
