If you still need an editor, I'm volunteering to do this.

The editing is finished and awaiting PL. The MW is just a little behind and the wanted ad is still posted so it's a bit confusing.

No problem. You might post a reply to the wanted ad to indicate it's filled.

Just that there are like 8 seconds at the end of the recording. Can you please remove 3 seconds at the end and then it will be PL OK?

Nice work on all the editing so far!

This was missed in the MW updates.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help out.

bhavya wrote: April 15th, 2019, 4:55 am Hi,

This is quite a short book, and I will be editing it all myself. I will be needing a DPL and parts PL'er though. Potential MC, I am not sure about the number of sections now...I will add them as needed. I will prepare a list of characters and upload soon.

The casting will be gender neutral, except for courage, who is a twelve year old girl, so I would prefer her being gender- matched. There is also a boy, and I prefer a woman/ girl reading his lines, rather than having a deep male voice

And the link to the script is :https://drive.google.com/open?id=17MzV89kWd75EIU-iVIDH-SEQLbigkjoN
Hi, Bhavya,

Do you need a DPL for your finished sections? I can do those for you, if you do. :)

bhavya, you wanted another DPL for the final chapters right? If so, then I guess my job here would be done.

There are still two issues I'm aware of. One I believe could be fixed by ej400, the second needs cowguy02.

ej400 wrote: July 29th, 2019, 11:41 am Chapter 1 PL notes:

I thought I'd note where the missing narrator lines are, as there are no other PL notes:

@ 6:49 Missing narrator lines "—proud to have remembered the proper word and evidently comprehending that the rite was a binding one."

@ 7:39 Missing narrator lines "and although she did not in the least understand it, Baby felt somehow that that was a beautiful reason, and as her father lifted her up in his arms, gave him a tight little hug and was perfectly satisfied." Gutenberg forgot the quotation marks for the father to stop speaking, and the narrator to continue.

Otherwise, this chapter was really nicely done!
I took a look at this. I see why the lines were missed...unfortunately, they don't appear in the color coded chapter.

Since Aaron isn't around and the lines come right where 'father' is talking, maybe being read by father would be the best option.
2) 09- L'envoi – missing lines
3:48 – missing line - David: “The rheumatics,”
3:50 missing line - David: “got hold of him so drefful bad that there was no help for it but that he must just go and be beholden to his daughter,”

David = cowguy02

Elijah - I've removed you from the MW as DPL.

Linny - you've PL'd the rest of the chapters and they're OK? If so, I'll update the MW to reflect that. (EDIT: Never mind. I read through the thread. you edited them; you didn't PL them.)

Bhavya - please assign readers to the chapters that they appear in and remove the editors. This is in preparation for cataloging. :)

Lynette - looking through the posts, it looks like we do need a PL for the remaining sections. Please proceed. :)

I'll PM Cowguy and EJ for missing lines.

Thanks, Tricia - and thanks for contacting those guys.
I'll download the ones that are waiting to go right now and work through them over the next day or two.

Will I have access to the MW?
